Who can enter the "Skinvestment Day Refer-A-Friend" competition?
The competition is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand who have an Australian or New Zealand bank account. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEST on Monday, September 2, 2024, and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, September 8, 2024.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter, participants must: 1. Share the Ultra Violette Secret Link with friends and family. 2. Ensure that the friend or family member signs up via the competition page [https://ultraviolette.com.au/pages/sdraf24](https://ultraviolette.com.au/pages/sdraf24) and enters the referring friend's name in the “besties” form section. 3. Submit the form. Once these steps are completed, both the referrer and referee will be entered into the draw.
What are the prizes and total prize pool amount?
There will be one winning couple who will split a cash prize valued at $5,000 AUD. Each winner will receive $2,500 AUD. The cash prize may be awarded in the form of a cheque or an EFT transfer to the winners’ nominated Australian or New Zealand bank accounts. Processing may take up to 30 working days from the date the prize provider contacts the winner to confirm their details.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by email to their nominated email address on Monday, September 9, 2024. If the prize is not claimed by 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 15, 2024, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. An unclaimed winner will be contacted via email on Monday, September 16, 2024, before 5:00 PM AEST.
What verification is required for the winner?
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of residency from the winner to claim the prize. If the winner cannot provide suitable proof, they will forfeit the prize, and no substitute will be offered.
Is there any liability for lost or misdirected claims?
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
What happens to personal information collected during the competition?
Entrants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at [www.ultraviolette.com.au](http://www.ultraviolette.com.au). The Promoter will not disclose personal information to anyone other than contractors providing services for the promotion unless required by law.
Can the prize be substituted or transferred?
The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except at the Promoter's discretion. If the advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.
