GEORGE FM’S BIGGEST BANGERS COUNTDOWN PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS PROMOTION SUMMARY 1. The George FM Biggest Bangers Countdown allows the entrant to enter to win $500 by voting for their favourite Electronic song HOW TO ENTER 2. The Promotion Period begins on 8am, 22nd January 2018 and entries close 5pm, 9 th February 2018 (the “Promotion Period”). 3. Entry is via GeorgeFM.co.nz and entrants must enter their details along with their favorite electronic song during the Promotion Period. 4. Participants may enter only once. George FM will only count one entry per person. 5. MediaWorks has the final say regarding this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 6. These promotional terms and conditions can be changed at any time throughout the Promotion Period. THE PRIZE 7. The Winner will be selected, advised and confirmed randomly between the 12th February 2018 and 16th February 2018 by phone 8. The Judge is appointed by George FM 9. The prize consists of a. $500 10. The Winner must respond to MediaWorks attempted contact instantly or they will forfeit the Prize and MediaWorks will select a new winner. 11. The Winner must claim the Prize within one month of notification of winning the Prize; otherwise they will forfeit the prize. 12. All elements of this Prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Winners will also not be entitled to a refund.
