Terms & Conditions
Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter
· The promoter is travel&co. of 7c Antares Place, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, New Zealand. (Phone + 649 479 2210) (the Promoter)
Promotion Period
· Promotion period commences 0800am Friday 16th March 2018 and closes 11.59pm Tuesday 3rd April 2018 ( Promotional Period)
· No entries will be accepted after the close of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility
· Promotion is open to residents of New Zealand only aged 18 years and over.
· Employees and immediate families of travel&co or of associated companies, sponsor/s, agencies and suppliers are ineligible to enter.
Entry into the promotion
· Eligible entrants must enter during the Promotional Period
· To enter, entrants must complete all details in the form at win.travelandco.nz, accept the terms and conditions, select their prize preference, and refer one or more additional persons to enter using a unique link.
· In order for an entry to be valid, at least one referred person must complete the form on the competition page using the unique link.
· Eligible Entrants are permitted one initial entry. Eligible Entrants will receive one additional entry for each Eligible Entrant that enters the promotion using the same unique link shared by the Eligible Entrant with friends and family.
· The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and at its sole discretion may disqualify any entry that is does not consider complies with these terms & conditions.
· Incomplete, late, misdirected or illegible entries will be invalid.
· Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Prize
The prize winner will be awarded one of the following four partner prizes as per their selection on the promotional site.
· Prize One: Ballistics gift card/s to the value of NZ $1000 (RRP).
Valid for 12 months from date of receipt/purchase and can be used instore or online. Non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Prize Two: Dive Centre Ltd gift certificate/s to the value of NZ $1000 (RRP).
Gift Certificates are for 'In-Store" use only and cannot be used for webshop purchases. Dive Centre Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of receipt and are valued at the dollar figure described - not for a particular service named on the Gift Certificate. Certificate is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Prize Three: Kiwivelo gift voucher/s to the value of NZ $1000 (RRP)
Voucher is redeemable in-store at 33 Barry's Point Road, Takapuna. Auckland.
Full voucher amount must be used with one purchase, once voucher is redeemed it cannot be redeemed again. Voucher/s are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Prize Four : Top Catch gift card/s to the value of NZ $1000 (RRP)
Gift card/s are for 'In-Store" use only and valid for 12 months from date of receipt. Photos may be required for social media usage. Non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize draw and notification
· Prize draw will be conducted at random by the Promoter on Wednesday 4th April, 2018 and the winner will be notified by phone or email address (provided at the time of promotion entry) on Thursday 5th April, 2018.
· If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to Monday 9th April, 2018 then the prize is forfeited and the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
· The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
· Prize/s are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· Prize values are correct at time of release. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
· There will be one prize. The Promoter reserves the right to change and amend any portion of the stated prize at any time prior to the draw.
· The terms and conditions of the supplier of the prizes shall apply to the winner.
· Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Personal Information & Privacy
· Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purpose of conducting the promotion, awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion) and to conduct marketing activities. Entrants also consent to receive the Promoter's electronic messages and future promotional and marketing material of which they can opt out at any stage.
· Acceptance of a prize is deemed agreement and consent by the winner for the Promoter and associated Promotion partners to use the winner's name, details, voice, likeness, statements and photographs for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
· Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will be held by the Promotor.
Social Media
· This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
· Eligible Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering this competition, each Eligible Entrant releases Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook.
· At all times, Eligible Entrants agree to act in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php, and other related policies.
· Eligible Entrants must comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
Liability
· The promotion will be run in accordance with the laws in New Zealand
· The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
· Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss, claim, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with this promotion and provision or use of the prize, including, without limitation the disqualification of any person.
· The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or modify this Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
