- To be eligible to enter, you must be an individual who is 18 years or over and a New Zealand resident eligible to purchase property in New Zealand. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, contractor, or director of realestate.co.nz, a member of a Personnel’s immediate family, an employee, contractor, or director of any third-party service provider involved in this Promotion, or a licensed real estate agent or licensed salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

- The promotion starts on Thursday, 26th October and ends at midnight on Thursday, 30th November 2023.

- To enter the promotion, during the Promotion Period, you must: 1. Sign up to realestate.co.nz (if you already have an account, then you do not need to do this again). 2. Log in to realestate.co.nz. 3. Set up a saved search in the area/s where you want to purchase a property. 4. Go to realestate.co.nz/100k and complete the required details, answer the questions, and agree to the terms and conditions.

- The prize is $100,000 (NZD) to be used towards the purchase of a property (real estate) in New Zealand in the 12 months after the winning entry is drawn.

- The total worth of the prize is $100,000 (NZD). Please note that the winner will be determined by a random draw on 1st December 2023, and certain criteria must be met before the prize is paid.
