“Here at I Love Food Co., we are huge fans of peanut butter, so we’ve been working out a way to use it in a new cookie flavour," says co-founder Jessie Stanley.
"We have also witnessed a big surge in the popularity of peanut butter in the last couple of years, and seen it being used in baking, cookies and ice cream.
