Grier Govorko and Steve Gilberd, are the founders of New Zealand’s first coconut water company, Coco’s Coconut Company. Govorko says most of the coconut water on the market has a rather bland, insipid taste because the delicate flavour is damaged as a result of producers using old coconuts and over pasteurising the product.
