Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand who have a valid Facebook account. 3. Any entrant who is under the age of 16 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter. 4. Employees of the promoter (CS Company), the promoters associated companies (Sally Hansen retailers) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 5. The “Promotion Period” commences on 13 October 2014 and closes at 11:59am on 30 October 2014. 6. The prize winners will be notified by email to the email address provided with their entry on 13 October 2014. 7. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification before 9am on 13 November 2014 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of CS Company and another winner will be drawn. 8. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 9. Entrants may only enter one time with their Facebook account, and will receive five additional entries every time a friend enters. 10. Any form of automated entry using any device or software is invalid. 11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries. 12.
