Who can enter Under 5s competitions?
To be eligible to enter Under 5s competitions, entrants must subscribe to the Under 5s newsletter and be a New Zealand resident. Under 5s employees and their immediate families, staff employed by businesses advertising on the Under 5s website and agencies associated with a competition running on the Under 5s website cannot enter.
How to enter Under 5s competitions?
To enter any competition on the Under 5s website, entrants must enter their details into the competition entry form on the Under 5s Competitions page and submit a fully completed entry form during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Competitions on the Under 5s website run for one month unless otherwise specified.
Competition prizes?
Competition prizes are provided and delivered to the winners by businesses advertising on the Under 5s website, third parties or by Under 5s at their own expense. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and if any prize is unavailable, Under 5s reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.
Competition prize winners?
Prize winners are drawn randomly by the business running the competition, and where specified, by Under 5s. The competition winners will be notified by email or phone within 10 working days of the competition closing. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place 10 working days after this date.
Information we collect from you?
Under 5s collects personal information relating to entrants, including their name, address, phone number, and email address, to enter into competitions. Under 5s also collects and stores information from site visitors, such as the date and time of their visit and the type of browser and operating system they used.
Disclosure of your personal information?
By entering Under 5s competitions, entrants submit their personal information to the Under 5s database, which may be used for future promotions, e-newsletters, and other communications. Under 5s and businesses running the competitions may also publish the winner's details on their social media channels.
Updating your personal information?
Under 5s entrants can ask for a copy of any personal information held about them and ask for it to be corrected if necessary.
Liability?
Under 5s excludes all liability for any personal injury or loss or damage arising in any way out of the competition, including any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction.
