Win 1 of 2 Farrah's wraps prize packs NZ Real Health

When Farrah’s sent me some of their new Sprouted Grain wraps to try out along with a recipe book, I was inspired by their wrap ‘sushi’; a great idea for lunches, school lunchboxes and party platters. I made my own using mashed kumara, crispy chicken, lettuce, sweet chilli sauce and Japanese mayo. Isn’t it funny how something like a wrap can be made more exciting by simply cutting it up in a different way? These wraps are made from sprouted grain flour and have added ancient grains – quinoa and amaranth – which are grains that are largely unchanged over the last several thousand years. They are a good source of dietary fibre, a source of protein and low in sodium.
Find Farrah’s Sprouted Grain Wraps in the bread aisle of your local supermarket (RRP $5.99).
