- The Promoter is T&T Childrenswear
- This promotional competition is open to all NZ Residents who are registered on the T&T Childrenswear Facebook Page.
- The competition will run from 5 March 2018 to 18th March 2018 11:59pm
- To enter, participants will be required to follow the instructions on the competition post on T&T Childrenswear Facebook page & enter through the competition app link.
- Only one entry is allowed per email address.
- All entrants in the competition are opted intothe T&T Childrenswear mailing list. Unsubscribe at any time.
- All entrants have the chance to gain bonus entries for referring friends by sharing the competition on their Facebook page,through messenger, or by email invite.
- There will be 10 winners in total.
- The competition draw date will take place between 19th - 23rd March.
- The promoter will select the winners based on a random draw.
- The prize is a $100 T&T Electronic Gift Voucher aka Discount Code which can only be used on the T&T Childrenswear website.
- The winners will be contacted via email and within 3 days of the draw. Once contacted, all winners have 72 hours to confirm their prize. If no contact has been made within 72 hours of email contact, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
- The gift vouchers are an electronic code which can be applied at the T&T Childrenswear checkout process. Winners will be sent this code as soon as they have been in touch with T&T Childrenswear (May take up to 48 hours to generate the code).
- All winners, once contacted, will be announced on the T&T Childrenswear Facebook page: www.facebook.com/tandtchildrenswear & may also be announced in the T&T Childrenswear email newsletter.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash or redeemable instore.
- The gift vouchers will have an expiration date. And the promoter shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged caused to the winners if they have yet to use their credit by the expiration date.
- Any attempt to use multiple email and Facebookaccounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit may result indisqualification and all associated entries and / or votes will be void.
- The promoter reserves the right to use any images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit,without further remuneration being made payable to the winner. However the winner has the right to object to these images being used by private messaging the T&T Childrenswear Facebook page.
- The promoter shall have the right to change /extend / or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter.
- In the event that the prize is not available despite the promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
- Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.
