These terms and conditions relate to the “Treat yourself or your mum” promotion (“Promotion”). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of, and entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of, these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Tip Top Ice Cream Company Limited (“Promoter”).
The Promotion commences at 12:01am on 1 July 2020 and closes at 11:59pm on 21 July 2020 (“Promotional Period”). Entries closes at 11:59pm on 28 July 2020.
Conditions of Entry
All entrants into the Promotion must be residents of New Zealand.
If the prize winner is under 18, the prize will be issued to the prize winner’s parent or guardian.

How to enter
To enter:
Purchase any Tip Top, Kapiti or Maxibon branded ice cream/iced confection product from any participating The Warehouse retail store during the Promotional Period; and

Prizes

Draw and Winner Notification
The prizes will be drawn at random at 12.00pm on Friday, 31st July 2020 by the Promoter at the offices of The Warehouse Limited, which has its registered office at 26 The Warehouse Way, Northcote, Auckland.
The winners will be notified by phone at the phone number listed on the online entry form associated with the relevant winning entry. Entrants should ensure that their contact details listed are current and correct.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two working days of the draw, then that winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter will draw another winner, and so on until a winner is contacted and is able to accept the prize.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All completed and valid entries received by midnight on the day of the Entry Deadline will be entered into the prize draw.
You may enter as many times as you like, provided each entry uses a new unique code. This unique code will be printed once you purchase qualifying items from The Warehouse Ltd stores. If you purchase online, you will need to enter your Online Order Number as the Unique Entry Code.
Winners will be contacted on Monday, 15th February 2021 between the hours of 9am and 5pm by phone, on the phone number details that are provided on the online entry form.

They must do this by presenting their valid winning till receipt or online order confirmation in order to be eligible to redeem their prize.
In the event that a prize winner is not able to be contacted by Monday, 22nd February 2021, or cannot validate their entry within 5 working days of being contacted, the prize will be redrawn on Tuesday, 23rd February 2021 on the same terms as the original draw.
