Sign In / RegisterI have not queried anything. In fairness, Christmas may be impacting, despite the 24 hours response time indication.
They launched the new version the week before Christmas, so maybe unrealistic to expect working support to iron out any problems

My daily guessing game guess is there when I go to the page but disappears when the page is fully loaded.
Hi, Judy T. If you mean the free daily guess, mine shows a timer running until the free guess becomes available. Then it often just shows a "zero" time for quite a while, but eventually the slot to enter the free quess shows up quite some time later after web page refresh.
Hi, Judy T. On this device, free guess for today still not coming up, continuing to show "zero" time until it should be available. I opened the site on another device, and I was able to enter the free daily guess.

looks great and thanks for upgrading, makes us feel a lot more valued by you. My only neg is the screen out rate is very high
Agreed, Mark & Caren M - Survey screen out rate is so high, I have been unable to complete even one survey yet.
I have been trying to enter surveys but always get screened out too.
Yes it started off well the first week but now I keep getting screened out straight away almost every time???
We will investigate with our suppliers.
