Berridge, who’s pro record stands at 23 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss has knocked out his last 8 opponents, including Daniel MacKinnon on the Tua vs Ustinov card in November last year. More recently he won by TKO against Kerry Foley on the Gunnar Jackson vs Anthony Mundine card held in NSW Australia in February.
Taihia’s record is also impressive with 14 fights, 11 wins, 1 loss and 2 draws. Like Berridge, Taihia’s only had one defeat and he knows beating the Butcher would be a major coup as Berridge is well positioned for a world title shot within the next 12 months.
And for the first time in Boxing History, 2 Sons and a Father will be fighting in the same pro event on the same night.
