Chinese musicians and award-winning duo Li Fengyun and Wang Jianxin will be in Auckland for their debut New Zealand performance National Treasures: Music from Ancient China on December 13, 3pm at Q Theatre.
Both music professors in their own right, the world-renowned pair demonstrate their prowess on the ancient string and wind instruments of Qin, Xiao, Xun, Pipa and Dizi that serenaded the ears of emperors and dowagers of Chinese history.
