Bite has a ticket to Julie Biuso's 'Hey Hey The Sun Is Shining!' outdoor cookery class on Thursday, November 27 to give away. The class is being held from 6pm-9pm at 104 Customs Street West, Viaduct, Auckland.
This class covers barbecue and beach fare, including rubs and marinades, and food to pack up and go, food to prepare ahead, and dishes to share and enjoy outdoors. There’ll be plenty of tips and ‘how-to’s’ to enable you to entertain with ease through the summer months. There will also be a comparative taste-test of NZ feta cheeses.
