Automated text messages are invalid, and the telephone number from which the entry was made will be stored in a database for future promotion and marketing purposes, unless the entrant requests removal within two business days from the time of entry. NZME is not responsible for text costs incurred after the promotion has closed, as stipulated in the specific rules.
The winner will be determined by the promoter or as determined by the specific rules, and the judge's determination is final. The winner will be notified by email, phone, mail, or in person and must be available for the preparation of all required publicity by NZME. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, and no other person will be able to participate on the winner's behalf. In case the prize specified in the competition becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value. If the winner fails to collect the prize within two months of being announced, it will be regarded as forfeit.
