Only a few days to go before the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival... Nici Wickes will be preparing some delicious Regal salmon in the Culinary Pavillion at 12pm so be sure to come along. Flavours include; Sweet Chilli, Lime & Mint, Mixed Pepper and Spices, Sundried Tomato & Basil, Lemon & Herb or Natural.
